     My name is James Aughterlony, and having been a Personal Trainer since 2013 I have taken well over 7,000 hours of one to one sessions, which has given me the experience to help you.
     I specialise in problem solving, making fitness attainable for you, and making your workouts and diet fit your lifestyle, not dominate it. After a series of movement, strength, health and fitness tests we will work together to get you the results you desire.​ With a base of barbell and dumbbell work, I use neurological activation drills, muscle mapping, and movement patterning to take you through the most effective training you've ever experienced. Along with this you will benefit from periodised programming, nutritional coaching, stress management and lifestyle coaching.
